Matthew McGibbon

Recruitment Executive

Matthew is a degree qualified Human Resource professional with 19 years working in Human Resources and Recruitment.   He is a Co-founder and Recruitment Executive at McGibbon Consulting.

 

Matthew has worked in large international organisations with operational oversight of global recruitment functions.   His experience and skills have focused on the design and ongoing improvement of all elements of both domestic and international recruitment including: service development/design, budgeting, process, governance, policy, metrics development, performance systems, assessment design and sourcing strategy design and delivery.  He has managed global vendor agreements and performed detailed service evaluations across all aspects of recruitment.

​Matthew has worked in the UK with Transport for London where he was responsible for delivering an executive recruitment service and supported on a range of projects across the organisation including centralising the recruitment function and service realignment.

In addition to the above, Matthew also has extensive recruitment experience delivering in Banking, Transport, Manufacturing, Sales and Scientific disciplines and supports our Human Resources and Corporate Services Specialisations.
