Angie has over 24 years of recruitment experience gained in Australia and London.
As Director of McGibbon Consulting, Angie is responsible for delivery to Senior and Executive level appointments within Human Resources, Change & Projects and Corporate Services.
She has well established networks across the marketplace with a proven and successful track record of working on a retained, exclusive and contingent basis.
Her career within recruitment commenced in Western Australia where she managed the growth and development of a highly success boutique consultancy which operated across disciplines and industry sectors.
Angie has held Senior Leadership roles in a global recruitment organisation, which saw her lead teams specialising across industry sectors including Financial Services, Commerce & Industry and Public Sector.
She has grown and developed Change Management functions sourcing and delivering Project Management positions within Corporate, Commercial and Government organisations.
Angie works in partnership to achieve results for her clients and candidates. She enjoys building a close relationship and a thorough understanding of the business, culture, drivers and the role profile. This allows her to add value throughout the talent acquisition and recruitment process where she can match the candidate’s career expectations with the client's overall business objectives.
